SHIPPING
We operate from Sweden, and all orders are shipped worldwide through our logistics partners. EU shipments are handled traceably via PostNord/DPD, while all orders outside the EU are delivered with DHL Express. Orders are dispatched on business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are outlined below.
Shipping within Sweden
Standard: 2–3 business days, Free
Express: 1–2 business days, 150 SEK
Shipping within the EU
Standard: 2–4 business days, 19 EUR
Express: 1–2 business days, 49 EUR
Shipping to the United Kingdom
Standard: 2–4 business days, 20 GBP
Express: 1–2 business days, 60 GBP
Shipping to the United States
Standard: 3–5 business days, 45 USD
Express: 2–3 business days, 75 USD
Delivered Duty Paid (no customs charges upon delivery)
Shipping to the rest of the world
Standard: 3–6 business days, 50 USD
Express: 2–4 business days, 95 USD
Delivery times are approximate and begin once the shipment has been collected by the carrier. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days.
TAXES & DUTIES - For all destinations except the US
We don’t stand for any custom duties, taxes and other charges that might be associated with import in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the Customer to investigate and pay all such duties, taxes and charges.
DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP) – applies only to US orders
All prices in the shop include sales tax. We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means Worn covers all costs related to tariffs. Worn takes full responsibility for any customs charges, duties, or taxes – ensuring a seamless delivery without additional costs for you as a customer.
Please note: These terms apply specifically to shipments to the US. Tariff rates and trade policies are subject to change based on ongoing negotiations and policy decisions. Prices and shipping terms may be adjusted accordingly at any time. This is valid for orders placed after August 28th 2025.
LOST / MISSING PARCELS
Worn is not responsible for any delays at the shipping facilities once the package has been sent. We send our packages traceable and with the requirement of an adult signature by arrival to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of the delivery times and we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once the package has been delivered. If you have not received a tracking ID and need it, please email our customer service team at info@wornvintage.se. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information for delivery.
