RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your new item from us. But if for some reason you would like to make a return, please read our returns & exchange policy below. Please note our different terms for our Vintage pieces and our own design (worn design). The following return and exchange conditions also apply to purchases made in our showroom.

All items purchased on sample sale or sale are final sale. This means that no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

VINTAGE:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any of our vintage pieces. If you do not feel you have all the information you need to make a purchase, please email our customer service team at info@wornvintage.se. More information and measurements can be given upon request. All sales are final.  

WORN DESIGN:

Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn items and must be returned in their original condition. Please note that missing items or any perfume, make-up, deodorant or stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items on. We will not accept refunds on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items and will be returned back to the customer. If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at info@wornvintage.se before making your return.

Any returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your item.

We do not offer free returns, for more information, see detailed list below. To proceed with your return or exchange, please email info@wornvintage.se. Make sure to include your full name and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return label and further instructions. The return cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are ordering from Sweden, we offer one free exchange.

Please note that if you decide to organize your return by yourself, WORN will not stand for any extra or unforseen costs (i.e. duty costs) which must be paid by the customer. We highly recommend that you contact our customer service that will help you with a return through WORN.

Customs duties and taxes on all orders outside the EU are non-refundable through WORN. Your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with duty refund.

EU: 15 EUR

UK: 20 GBP

US: 27 USD

Rest of the world: 50 USD

Please note: If you’re returning more than one item, the return fee may be adjusted. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service at info@wornvintage.se for the exact cost.

CLAIMS - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

We aim to deliver the best in product but if a product is faulty, please contact us to assist you in the best possible way. Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, consumers have the right to return defective products within three years of purchase. Once accepted, please return the defective product within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs if the defect is confirmed. If the item is returned after 14 days, you will receive store credit.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us, and a fee of 250 SEK/ 20 EUR/ 25 USD will be charged to cover return shipping and handling. Shipping costs are non-refundable. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Packages must be collected within 14 days from the delivery date.
